Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship to Vulcan HQ

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
